How to Delete Your Enhanceo Account
You have full control over your personal information and uploaded media. You can permanently delete your Enhanceo account and all associated photographs, enhanced outputs, and history at any time.
Directly Inside the Mobile App
- Open the Enhanceo application on your mobile device.
- Tap the Settings gear icon in the top header.
- Scroll down and select Delete Account.
- Review the deletion notice, type
DELETEinto the confirmation field, and tap Delete Forever. - Your account, uploaded images, output results, generation history, and access tokens are erased immediately.
If the App Is Uninstalled
If you have already removed Enhanceo from your device, you have two options to permanently purge your data:
- Recommended: Reinstall Enhanceo, sign in with your Google account, and proceed via Settings > Delete Account for instant self-service deletion.
- Support Verification: Manual deletion requests submitted through our verified support channel will require proof of ownership of the associated Google account.
What Data Is Permanently Purged
When account deletion is executed, the following information is immediately and irreversibly deleted from our servers:
- User Profile: Your name, email address, profile avatar URL, and Google subject ID.
- Original Uploads: All original uploaded photograph files stored on our non-public application disks.
- Enhanced & Filtered Media: All processed output images, artistic filter renders, and restored outputs.
- Generation History: All history entries and database records linking your profile to generated media.
- Allowances & Credits: Any remaining generation credits, trial quotas, or local balance records.
- Authentication Tokens: All active personal access tokens and device sessions are instantly revoked.
Data Retention Exceptions
Enhanceo retains no personal photographs, face embeddings, or identity records after account deletion. Anonymized operational timestamps or store transaction logs may be retained solely to the extent required to satisfy statutory tax, financial accounting, or legal compliance obligations.
Important Notice Regarding Store Subscriptions
Deleting your Enhanceo account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions must be cancelled directly through your app store account to prevent future billing cycles:
To cancel on Android: Open the Google Play Store app > Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Select Enhanceo > Tap Cancel subscription.
To cancel on iOS: Open iPhone Settings > Tap your Apple ID name > Subscriptions > Select Enhanceo > Tap Cancel Subscription.
