2. Image Uploads, Processing & Storage

When you use Enhanceo for photo enhancement, image upscaling, image reworking/restoration, retouching, AI filters / transformations, or black-and-white photo colorization, images uploaded by you are transmitted to our backend services.

• Storage: Original uploaded photographs and processed output images are stored in non-public application storage until deleted.
• Retention Period: Images are retained so that you can view, compare, and download them within your in-app History. They remain stored until you delete the corresponding item from History, or until you permanently delete your Enhanceo account.
• Model Training Distinction: Enhanceo does not sell uploaded photographs and does not use users’ uploaded photographs to train its own public AI models.
• Commercial Distribution: We do not sell, rent, or publicly distribute photographs uploaded to Enhanceo.

3. AI Service Providers

To provide AI-powered image processing, Enhanceo may transmit uploaded images and related processing instructions to third-party AI service providers, including OpenAI and Google Gemini.

Enhanceo does not sell users’ uploaded photographs or use them to train its own public AI models.

OpenAI states that data submitted through its API is not used to train or improve its models by default unless the API customer explicitly opts in. Enhanceo uses Google Gemini under Google’s Paid Services, under which Google states that submitted prompts, responses, and files are not used to improve Google products.

These providers may retain or process limited information for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or other purposes described in their applicable terms and retention policies.

4. Account Information & Authentication

We use Google Sign-In for authentication. When you sign in with Google, we receive and store:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your profile avatar URL
• Your Google account identifier (subject ID)

This information is used strictly to maintain your account identity, authenticate your requests, track your daily allowances and trial credits, and synchronize active subscriptions across devices.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Advertising

• Store Billing: In-app subscriptions and credit packs are processed and billed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat. Enhanceo does not collect, receive, or store credit card details or financial payment credentials. RevenueCat processes anonymous app user identifiers and store purchase receipts to manage entitlement access.
• Advertising: For users on free plans, advertisements may be displayed via Google AdMob to help support computational processing costs. Google AdMob uses standard device identifiers in accordance with Google’s Advertising Policies.

6. Security & Storage

Enhanceo uses HTTPS/TLS to protect information transmitted between the application and our production services and when communicating with supported third-party APIs. Images stored by Enhanceo are kept in non-public application storage with access controls. Our current application does not provide application-level encryption of stored image files at rest. No internet-connected system, server, API, or storage environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Data Deletion & User Rights

You maintain control over your stored data:

• Individual Image Deletion: You can delete any item directly from the in-app History screen at any time. Deleting an item permanently removes both the original uploaded image file and the enhanced output file from physical storage disks and purges the database record.
• Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your Enhanceo account at any time via Settings > Delete Account, or through our public web deletion resource. Deleting your account immediately and permanently purges all uploaded images, enhanced results, account profile records, generation transaction histories, and authentication tokens.
• Active Subscriptions Notice: Deleting your Enhanceo account does not automatically cancel subscriptions billed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel your subscription through the applicable store to prevent future renewals.
